KLO Studio was born from a simple frustration: not being able to find a pair of jeans that truly felt mine.

I always struggled to find the right fit. Jeans were either too loose, too tight, or simply lacked the character I was looking for. I wanted a piece that was personal, something unique that represented me — but I couldn’t find it anywhere.

That search became an obsession.

I started creating my own jeans because I wanted to understand every part of the process, from the first idea to the final stitch. Denim immediately fascinated me because it leaves no room for mistakes. Its structure, weight, and character reveal every imperfection. Every detail matters.

The hardest part was learning pattern making from the beginning. Creating a perfect fit required countless experiments, failures, and many pairs that never reached the standard I was looking for. There were moments where I questioned whether it was worth continuing, but every mistake brought me closer to understanding the craft.

KLO Studio was created with the goal of giving others the same feeling I had when I finally wore my first truly personal piece: the feeling of wearing something made for you, something that belongs to you.

A garment should not only be something you wear — it should be something you connect with.

KLO Studio exists to create garments with meaning.

In a world dominated by fast fashion and anonymous production, I believe clothing should carry a story. A garment should not only be something you wear — it should be something you connect with.

Every piece is designed around four principles: timelessness, durability, craftsmanship, and individuality.

My goal is to create garments that feel personal from the first moment you wear them. Each piece starts with precision and attention to detail, but its final identity is created by the person who wears it.

A garment can be perfect when it leaves the studio, but it becomes truly unique through your experiences, your movement, and the way it evolves over time.

Design

Every KLO Studio piece starts from the material.

The fabric is the foundation of the design. Its weight, texture, and character influence the entire construction of the garment.

My designs are inspired by different eras, details, and ideas, combining elements of the past with a modern approach to fit and functionality.

I focus on everything: silhouette, proportions, construction, stitching, hardware, and finishing details. Nothing is overlooked.

From the leather patch to the buttons, rivets, pockets, and seams, every element has a purpose.

The goal is not simply to recreate the past, but to reinterpret it.

Process

Every KLO Studio garment is made entirely by hand, from the first step to the final inspection.

The process begins with understanding the customer’s measurements and selecting the perfect fabric and details for the piece. Each garment is then individually patterned, cut, sewn, finished, pressed, and quality checked personally.

I work mainly with industrial sewing machines, including Juki and Necchi equipment, combining traditional techniques with modern precision.

Depending on the complexity of the design, creating a pair of jeans requires between 8 and 15 hours of work.

There are no standard sizes.

Every piece is made specifically for the person who will wear it.

The process is not only about producing a garment — it is about creating something personal.

Materials

KLO Studio garments are built around carefully selected materials.

Denim is at the heart of the brand because it is one of the few fabrics that truly evolves with time. High-quality selvedge denim, produced on traditional shuttle looms, offers a unique structure, durability, and character that cannot be replicated by ordinary fabrics.

I exclusively use 100% cotton denim because natural fibers provide the authentic feeling, aging process, and durability that define a true denim garment.

My denim selection ranges from lighter weights to heavier fabrics, allowing each piece to have its own personality and purpose.

Every component matters: from genuine leather patches to buttons, rivets, zippers, and stitching.

Quality is not found in one detail. It is created through the attention given to every single one.

Customer Experience

Creating a KLO Studio garment is a collaborative process.

After placing an order, the customer becomes part of the creation journey. Measurements are collected, fabrics and details are selected, and updates are shared throughout the production process.

The goal is to make every person feel connected to the piece before they even receive it.

Each garment is created with a maximum production time of approximately four weeks, depending on the complexity and customization required.
